Broadest Panel of CDK/Cyclin Complexes

ProQinase has established biochemical activity assays for a panel of 29 different CDK/Cyclin complexes. This panel can be used for two types of cpd testing projects:
CDK IC50-Profiler: Standard package for IC50 determination of 4 customer test cpds and 1 reference cpd against 28 (out of 29) CDK/Cyclin complexes.
Free Choice Projects: Freely defined number of data points depending on the number of selected CDK/Cyclin complexes, the number of test cpds and the mode of testing (single conc vs IC50 determination).
