Currently ProQinase's product panel includes 239 catalytically active human recombinant protein kinases suitable for the use in biochemical activity assays (including more than 60 mutant protein kinases).
All protein kinases are either expressed in insect cells or E. coli, and are produced in lots of several mg. A comprehensive quality control procedure including different assay technologies ensure proteins of best quality and broad applicability. The kinase production is organized efficiently to ensure that sufficient protein quantities are in-stock and immediately available.

Assay Technologies Radiometric All ProQinase Kinases have been tested in radio-metric Filter Binding Kinase Assays and in Flash Plate based radiometric 33PanQinase Assay™. Lot specific validation includes determination of reference inhibitor IC50 values.
Non-radiometric ADP-Glo™ ProQinase has so far validated more than 150 protein kinases for the use in combination with ADP-GloTM . ADP-Glo™ is a highly sensitive non-radioactive kinase assay technolo gy. We recommend use of ADP-Glo™ detection reagents from Promega. |
