Immuno-Oncology Platform - Standard Models / Syngeneic Models

Field of Application

Our panel of syngeneic models can be used for analysis of immune modulatory drugs as well as for investigation of additional effects of conventional anti-cancer drugs on the immune system. The immuno-oncology platform comprises a panel of syngeneic models and established protocols for the analysis of various cell subtypes of the immune system by flow cytometry. Tumor cell implantation into the mammary fat pad of mice has been established for most of syngeneic tumor models reducing ulceration and yielding more homogenous tumor growth and ultimately outstanding statistical evaluation of drug efficacy testing.  In addition to standard syngeneic models, ProQinase offers proprietary syngeneic test systems.

Panel Screening

On a regular basis, ProQinase performs panel screenings with the subQperior tumor models CT26wt, CloneM3, 4T1, EMT6, MC38-CEA, B16-F10, RENCA and LL-2.

Choose 6 out of the 8 models and receive two study arms free of charge: vehicle control group and anti-PD1 treatment group. Pay for one group and receive data of three groups! Options: Combination therapy, flow cytometry analysis and more.

SubQperior tumor models

To overcome common complications of subcutaneous models, ProQinase has established all syngeneic tumor models performing tumor cell implantation into the mammary fat pad. The resulting models are superior in regards to homogeneity, reproducibility, tumor size and overall statistical value. SubQperior: superior to subcutaneous.
