Immuno-Oncology Platform - Standard Models / Syngeneic Models

Field of Application

Our panel of syngeneic models can be used for analysis of immune modulatory drugs as well as for investigation of additional effects of conventional anti-cancer drugs on the immune system. The immuno-oncology platform comprises a panel of syngeneic models and established protocols for the analysis of various cell subtypes of the immune system by flow cytometry. In addition to its standard syngeneic models, ProQinase offers proprietary syngeneic test systems.

Flow Cytometric Analysis

- Analysis of tumor infiltrating leukocytes and cells isolated from spleen and lymph
  nodes
- All-In-One 17 marker flow cytometry panel established: T cells (CD8, CD4, T reg, MDSCs, Macrophages, NK cells, dendritic cells, neutrophils)
- Customized staining procedures are possible

Tested Checkpoint Inhibitors

Anti-PD-L1, anti-PD-1 and anti-CTLA4 antibodies were evaluated in all subcutaneous and subQperior models

Standard Study

Comprises among other things:

1. Cell culturing & cell implantation;
2. Measurement of animal weight (3x / week);
3. Determination of tumor size (calipering for s.c., in vivo bioluminescence imaging
    for orthotopic and metastasis models)
