Immuno-Oncology Platform

Filed of Application

Our immune-oncology platform can be used for analysis of immune modulatory drugs as well as for investigation of additional effects of conventional drugs on the immune system. The platform comprises a panel of syngeneic tumor models and established protocols for the analysis of various cell subtypes of the immune system by flow cytometry.

Anti-PD-L1, anti-PD-1 and anti-CTLA4 antibodies were evaluated in all subcutaneous models

Standard Study

Comprises among other things:

  1. Cell culturing & cell implantation;
  2. Measurement of animal weight (3x / week);
  3. Determination of tumor size;

Characterization of abundance and relative distribution of different immune cell subsets in the tumor and lymphatic tissues by flow cytometry
