ProQinase screens your compound panel just at one concentration or performs IC50 determinations by testing your compounds at 9 concentrations in duplicate in semi-log steps
Cellular phosphorylation assays are ideal to profile a set of compounds in parallel in different assays in order to select the best compound(s) for subsequent in vivo testing
