Currently ProQinase offers two different services to characterize compounds on the cellular level. The first approach comprises cellular phosphorylation assays to assess the inhibitory effect of compounds on a special kinase. The second approach is a spheroid-based angiogenesis assay with human endothelial cells, which can be used to evaluate the angiogenic or anti-angiogenic potential of compounds.
