Target specificity of compounds can be determined by profiling against a selection of protein kinases. Raw profiling will be performed at one concentration in singlicate (n=1). Additionally, complete IC₅₀ determination of compounds is possible. This is the method of choice for exact selectivity profiling of compounds.
Measurements are performed at 10 concentrations (half-logarithmic steps; e.g. 100, 30, 10, 3, 1, 0.3, ... µM) in singlicate.

Assays are routinely performed at 1.0 µM ATP.
