Single Compound IC50-Profiling with FreeSelect
- Using a novel modular setup, our robotic system performs IC50 measurements
of a single compound with multiples of 32 kinases over a very broad range of
concentrations (12 concentrations, half-logarithmic dilutions; n=1).
- For this service kinases can be freely chosen from our list of currently 219 protein kinases for in vitro testing services.
- The FreeSelect service is presently one of the fastest ways to
obtain broad
IC50 data on a large set of kinases for individual compounds.
The turnover time for the IC50 determination of 1 compound
on 192 kinases is only of a few days.
- The FreeSelect service is also intended to support rapid completion
of available profiling data during drug development.
