ProQinase´s Integrated Protein Kinase Technology Platform (iProKiTe^®) Packages are uniquely designed for drug development targeting protein kinases not only in cancer. Presently, from the iProKiTe^® Platform the following products and in vitro and in vivo services are available:

• iProKiTe^® Package 1: Recombinant Protein Kinases & Substrates:
  156 active, recombinant protein kinases are now available for sale. Prepared in large stocks we are able to deliver the same batch over a long time.
  
  
• iProKiTe^® Package 2: in vitro Testing Services: 
  ProQinase offers the whole spectrum of compound testing in in vitro kinase assays. This includes testing of a single compound as well as screening of large libraries with several hundred thousand compounds. Testing can be performed either as single concentration measurements or as IC50 determinations.
  For this service kinases can be freely chosen from a list of currently 219 protein kinases.
  
  
• iProKiTe^® Package 3: Cellular Testing Services: ProQinase offers cellular phosphorylation assays and a spheroid-based angiogenesis assay.
  
  
• iProKiTe^® Package 4: in vivo Tumor Models: ProQinase has established a large panel of in vivo tumor models.
  
  
• iProKiTe^® Package 5: Clinical Biomarker Analysis: Biomarker determination from the serum of patients in clinical trials.
