More than 160 in-house produced recombinant protein kinases are offered for sale and more than 240 kinases are available for in vitro kinase assay services (HTS, selectivity profiling and IC50 determination). Hits derived from in vitro kinase assays can be characterized at ProQinase in cellular phosphorylation assays and in a cellular angiogenesis assay. For further evaluation of lead compounds ProQinase offers various in vivo assays including subcutaneous xenograft and orthotopic tumor models, and an unique angiogenesis assay.
