Determination of the selectivity of kinase inhibitors is crucial to avoid side-effects caused by inhibition of off-targets. Biochemical profiling against a large panel of kinases with a broad coverage of the human kinome is essential for the assessment of selectivity and potential side-effects. ProQinase currently offers 358 active recombinant protein kinases and 7 lipid kinases for broad selectivity profiling of your compounds. With our two service packages Kinase WholePanelProfiler (358 protein kinases) and  ProQinase WholePanelProfiler^Plus (358 protein kinases and 7 lipid kinases) you have the opportunity to test a single or a few compounds against a very broad panel of kinses.

• Two data points per cpd: 1 conc. in duplicate or 2 conc. in singlicate
• Assay technologies: Radiometric assay for all protein kinases and ADP-Glo^TM  kinase assay (Promega) for all lipid kinases 
• Testing at app. ATP Km: With a few exceptions each kinase will be tested at the respective app. ATP Km
• Rapid turnover: 10 working days maximally are guaranteed
