  (10 conc., semilog), number of replicates]
• number of Kinases
• type of compound submission: solid material (# cmpd < 80) or DMSO
  stock solution
• the postal address

3. ProQinase will provide you with the requested quote and guidelines for
    compound submission within two days.

4. If you like to place an order please send us your purchase order per e-mail

    Please include the following information: Quote and item number, quoted prices,
    your billing address, your VAT number (if applicable) and a PO number.
    ProQinase will provide an order confirmation after receipt of your order.

5. A Compound Testing Form which summarizes the mutually agreed upon project
   details and allows selection of individual Kinases will be provided. Please send a
   copy of the completed and signed Compound Testing Form to ProQinase before
   shipment of the compounds and include the original document with your
   compounds.
