Recombinant Protein Kinases & Substrates

ProQinase offers in-house produced recombinant protein kinases for activity assays. In addition, recombinant substrates for kinase activity assays are available.

Currently ProQinase's product panel for activity assays comprises 185 catalytically active human recombinant protein kinases and 10 recombinant kinase substrates. All recombinant kinases and kinase substrates are prepared in large lots and only released after thorough validation to guarantee best quality. The kinase and substrate production is organized efficiently to ensure that sufficient protein quantities are in-stock and available.

ProQinase strives to initiate shipment of any off-the-shelf product within 48 h after receipt of a purchase order. Customers in USA and Canada are served from a storage site in Florida.

In addition to its off-the-shelf protein kinases ProQinase offers the production of custom-tailored protein kinases according to specific customer requirements (e.g. kinase mutants).
