ProQinase currently produces and offers more than 239 catalytically active recombinant human protein kinases and 10 recombinant substrate proteins. All kinases and substrates listed are available immediately off the shelf in amounts up to several mg.

If our off the shelf products do not meet your experimental requirements you can use our extended experience in protein expression and purification, as well as kinase assay development. In a custom tailored project we will produce and characterise your specifc protein to your exact specifications.

We offer the following services:

• Production of kinases which do not yet belong to our portfolio
• Production of kinases with sequence alterations (e.g. mutational activation or inactivation, introduction of clinical relevant mutations)

Furthermore we produce your kinases of interest according to your wishes regarding:

• Expression system: Insect cells and E.coli
• Tag specifications: without or with a defined tag (HIS or GST or both, additional tags upon request), tag position N- or C-terminal
• Activation status: in vitro autophosphorylation or phosphorylation by an upstream kinase (if possible)
